What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your charter:

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure will receive a 80% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
  • If the cancellation is due to bad weather, as determined by the Captain, we offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.
